1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the SiteGrid mobile application, these Terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Description of Service

SiteGrid is a productivity tool designed for contractors, adjusters, and architects to create photo-based reports. The app allows users to capture photos, add metadata (location, timestamp, tags), and export PDF reports.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Pro Subscription (Monthly)

• Features: Unlimited PDF exports, Voice Notes, Weather Data, Cloud Sync & Backup.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.

3.2 Lifetime Deal (One-Time Purchase)

• Features: Unlimited PDF exports, Remove Watermark, Voice Notes.
• Limitation: Does NOT include Cloud Sync or Backup. Data is stored locally on your device.
• Payment: A one-time upfront payment. Non-recurring.

3.3 Free Tier

• Users can generate up to 3 reports per month for free.
• Exports may contain watermarks.

4. User Content and Conduct

• You are responsible for the content (photos, text) you create using SiteGrid.
• You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The SiteGrid app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the app will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SiteGrid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Standard Apple EULA
