2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we may collect your name and email address to create your account and manage your subscriptions.
• User Content: Photos, captions, project titles, and other data you enter into the app to generate reports. This data is stored locally on your device and, for monthly subscribers, synchronized to our secure cloud servers.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected

• Location Data: We collect precise location data ONLY when you capture photos or create a project to automatically stamp the address and GPS coordinates on your reports. You can disable this permission in your device settings.
• Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymous data about how you use the app (e.g., screens visited, crashes) to improve performance and stability.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and language settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the SiteGrid application.
• Process your subscriptions and manage your account via RevenueCat.
• Generate PDF reports with your photos and metadata.
• Sync your projects across devices (for Cloud Sync subscribers).
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

4. Third-Party Services

We partner with the following third-party services, which may access your data:

5. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: For Lifetime and Free users, your photos and project data are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly export and share it.
• Cloud Storage: For Monthly Pro subscribers, data is encrypted and stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers in the US.
• Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain your data as long as your account is active.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app settings ("Danger Zone" -> "Delete Account"). This action is irreversible and immediately wipes your data from our servers.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not store your credit card information.
• Subscription management (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) is handled through your Apple ID settings.

8. Children's Privacy

SiteGrid is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
